This Signature Rosetta Wall collection is a patent
pending, engineered system. Unique and designable,
the system is comprised of interlocking components
weighing an average of 220 pounds per square face
foot. The weight characteristics allow Rosetta
walls to achieve impressive heights without reinforcement,
and even greater heights with reinforcement. Each
stone is manufactured utilizing architectural grade;
pre cast concrete, with integral color, air-entrained
with a minimum of 4,000 p.s.i. compressive strength.

of installation ease and speed, along with the
engineering of a structural wall system. You

The Signature Rosetta Wall System features a variety
of natural stone faces ranging from 2' to 6' wide
and 6" to 24" tall, in 6" increments. Walls
are normally constructed utilizing the 6, 12, 18
and 24" tall blocks intermixed to create a
consistently random look. The uniform and
sizes of the stone eliminate the sorting and leftover
inventory that results from using natural stone.
The lifting device utilized for installation allows
for quick and efficient placement with minimal
labor and set 3-4 times faster than natural stone.
The lifting device also keeps all blocks in a horizontal
position for safe and quick placement.
The Rosetta blocks are designed with sheer knobs,
which automatically align blocks and create a 3" batter.
Rosetta walls achieve heights of 6-7" without
reinforcement under normal conditions. Taller walls may
require geo reinforcement depending on soil conditions.
There is also a computer program that will enable
the user to design the Signature Rosetta Wall using
a random block look. It will also calculate weight,
calculate square face footage of the retaining
walls, and will print out a list of blocks required,
eliminating all waste and provide a blueprint to
build from. Additionally the wall sketcher printout
enables the construction crew to build the wall
by block type, greatly speeding up production.
Thus, the wall sketcher can be used to design,
estimate and bid, sell, ship and build the wall.
The natural appearance of the Rosetta Wall System
will also create natural, warm and designable water
features, along with outcroppings, that will leave
